The London Clinic Endoscopy Unit uses the latest technically advanced video endoscopes

and ancillary equipment to view organs such as the stomach, colon and lungs, and the pancreatico-biliary area. We encourage 'well person screenings,'  bowel cancer screening as well as investigating abdominal problems.

Capsule endoscopy

Capsule endoscopy involves swallowing a capsule the shape and size of a vitamin pill. The capsule contains a tiny camera and flash and takes pictures as it passes through the small bowel. The pictures are transmitted to a receiver on a belt, which the patient wears for about eight hours.

Endoscopic ultrasound

A new procedure for the diagnosis and staging of cancers. It is primarily used for lung, oesophageal and pancreatic cancers.
